fa آموزش بلوغ و مسائل جنسی به دختران: تجارب مادران گرگانی Puberty and sex education to girls: experiences of Gorganians' mothers مدیریت سلامت health management پژوهشي Research <o:p></o:p> مقدمه: آموزش بلوغ و مسائل جنسی همواره یکی از موضوعاتی است که والدین از آگاه کردن فرزند خود نسبت به آن واهمه دارند. در مسئولیت تربیتی و تصمیمات بهداشتی کودک، والدین به خصوص مادران نقش اصلی را به عهده دارند. این پژوهش با هدف تبیین تجربه مادران از آموزش بلوغ و مسائل جنسی به فرزندان خود انجام شد. <o:p /> مواد و روش ها: پژوهش حاضر به روش کیفی و بر روی 24 مادر کودک و نوجوان سنین 6 الی 18 سال در سال 1391 براساس نمونه گیری مبتنی بر هدف و با حداکثر تنوع صورت گرفت. برای اندازه گیری روایی و اعتماد، از قابلیت اعتبار، قابلیت انتقال و قابلیت تایید استفاده گردید. روش جمع آوری داده ها مصاحبه های نیمه ساختار یافته بود. تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها به روش "تحلیل محتوای مورس" صورت گرفت.<o:p /> یافته ها: یک مضمون اصلی و سه مضمون فرعی از یافته ها استخراج شد. مضمون اصلی "وظایف مادری و آماده کردن دختران برای ورود به مرحله بلوغ" بود. مضامین فرعی "آموزش قاعدگی"، "رعایت مسائل شرعی"، "آموزش های نامحسوس مسائل جنسی" بود. آخرین مضمون فرعی خود شامل دو مضمون فرعی دیگر می باشد که شامل "آمادگی برای نقش جنسیتی" و "آسیب پذیری از جنس مخالف" می باشد.<o:p /> نتیجه گیری: لزوم نهادینه‌شدن آموزش‌های رسمی درباره بلوغ در کشور ایران در نظام بهداشت و درمان ضروری است. با وجود همه تحولات فرهنگی درخصوص موضوع بلوغ در جامعه ایران، همچنان فرهنگ عرفی غالب در جامعه و خانواده‌ها با موضوع بلوغ با احتیاط شدید و به صورت خاموش برخورد می‌کند.<o:p /> Abstract<o:p /> Introduction: Puberty and sex education always is one of concerning issues in child training, as many of parents are not easy in discussing it with their children. Traditionally, mothers have the main responsibility of child health training are and care health decisions. The aim of this study was to explain the mothers' experiences with sex and puberty informal education for their own children.<o:p /> Materials and Methods: This qualitative study, conducted in 2012 over 24 mothers with 6-18 year old children. The sampling method was purposeful with maximum variation. To evaluate reliability and dependability, the credibility, transferability and conformability were used. The data was gathered by individual semi-structured interactive interviews, recorded, transcribed and was analyzed according to Morse' content analysis method.<o:p /> Findings: One of the analyzed data was "motherhood tasks and girls preparation for the puberty". Sub-themes were "menstrual hygiene training", "respect for religious issues", "gender roles" and "hidden training of sex issues. The last category consists of two sub-themes. "In preparation for the role of gender" and "vulnerability of the opposite sex".<o:p /> Conclusion: Formal adult education in the nation's health care system is essential. Despite the cultural changes puberty on Iran, the dominant secular culture of family and community, the puberty are discreet and quiet.<o:p /> بلوغ، آموزش مسائل جنسی، مادران.
