fa بررسی ویژگی‌های نظارتی ناظران پرستاری در نظارت بالینی: مرور هدفمند مدیریت بیمارستانی hospital mangement پژوهشي Research <p>مقدمه: اجرای نظارت بالینی اثربخش نیازمند تشریح ویژگی‌های ناظران و نظارت بالینی می‌باشد. هدف مطالعه حاضر تعیین ویژگی‌های نظارتی ناظران پرستاری در نظارت بالینی در مطالعات انجام شده پرستاری است.<br> روش کار: این پژوهش با شیوه مرور هدفمند در خصوص ویژگی‌های ناظران بالینی پرستاری انجام گردید. مقالات چاپ شده در طول دهه اخیر (2016-2007) به دو زبان فارسی و انگلیسی در زمینه نظارت بالینی از طریق پایگاه اطلاعات علمی جهاد دانشگاهی (SID)، بانک اطلاعات مقالات علوم پزشکی ایران (IranMedex)، بانک اطلاعات نشریات کشور (Magiran) و پایگاه‌های اطلاعات PubMed, Ovid, Science Direct, CINAHL,Google Scholar و با استفاده از کلید واژه‌های نظارت، نظارت پرستاری، ناظران بالینی پرستاری، مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. از 37 منبع مرتبط، 30 مقاله به علت دارا نبودن معیارهای ورود از مطالعه حذف و 7 مقاله وارد مطالعه شدند. جهت مرور هدفمند از مراحل پیشنهادی Arksey & O&#39;Malley استفاده گردید.<br> یافته‌ها: بر اساس طبقات &quot;الگوی تعاملی 3 عملکرد Proctor&quot;، ویژگی‌های نظارتی ناظران در برگیرنده 3 حیطه عملکردی بود. همچنین یافته‌ها سبب شکل گیری طبقه عمومی دیگری شد که شامل ویژگی‌ها و صلاحیت‌های عمومی ناظران بالینی بوده و به نوعی با تمام حیطه‌های دیگر هم پوشانی دارد.<br> نتیجه گیری: ویژگی‌های نظارتی ناظران پرستاری پیچیده، بسیار متنوع و گسترده می‌باشد. عملکرد ناظران بالینی بر اساس نقش‌های نظارتی در حیطه‌های هنجاری، ترمیمی و تکوینی و ویژگی‌ها و صلاحیت‌های عمومی مرتبط با نقش، یک ضرورت اساسی در ارتقاء و تضمین کیفیت مراقبت پرستاری می‌باشد. پیشنهاد می‌شود پایش ویژگی‌های نظارت ناظران پرستاری برای پذیرش نقش و اجرای صحیح نظارت بالینی در اولویت قرار گیرد.<br> &nbsp;</p> <p><br> <strong>Introduction:</strong> Implementing effective clinical supervision requires an overview of the characteristics of supervisors and clinical supervision. The purpose of this study was to determine the supervisory characteristics of nursing supervisors in clinical supervision in nursing studies.<br> <strong>Methods:</strong> This study was conducted with a scoping review of the characteristics of clinical nursing supervisors. Papers published during the recent decade (2016-2007) in two languages: Farsi and English in clinical supervision through SID, IranMedex Database, Magiran Publications Database And the PubMed, Ovid, Science Direct, CINAHL, and Google Scholar databases were reviewed using keywords, supervision, supervisory nursing and clinical nursing supervision.<br> <strong>Results:</strong> Based on the &quot;Proctor&#39;s Three Function Interactive Model&quot;, the supervision characteristics of nursing supervisors included 3 functional areas. The findings also led to the formation of another general class, which includes the general characteristics and competencies of clinical supervisors that overlaps with all other areas.<br> <strong>Conclusions:</strong> The supervisory characteristics of nursing supervisors are complex, wide and very diverse. The performance of clinical supervisors based on supervisory roles in normative, restorative and formative areas and general characteristics related to role is a fundamental necessity in promoting and quality assurance of nursing care.
