fa همبستگی بین میزان دانش و رضایت بیماران از رابطه پزشک- بیمار Correlation between knowledge and satisfaction of patients from patient- physician relationship مدیریت خدمات بهداشتی درمانی health services management پژوهشي Research   . <p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt text-align: justify line-height: 125% text-indent: 11.35pt unicode-bidi: embed direction: rtl -ms-text-autospace: mso-layout-grid-align: none mso-pagination: none" dir="rtl">مقدمه: درمان بیماری ها وابستگی زیادی به تعامل بین پزشک-بیمار داشته و نتیجه همکاری بیمار با پزشک، درمانی سریع و موفق است. از طرفی این رابطه جزء عوامل بسیار مهم در میزان رضایت بیماران بخصوص در مراجعات بعدی بیماران می باشد. این مطالعه با هدف تعیین همبستگی بین میزان دانش و رضایت بیماران از رابطه پزشک-بیمار در بیمارستانهای آموزشی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی تبریز به انجام رسیده است.<o:p /> <p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt text-align: justify line-height: 125% text-indent: 11.35pt unicode-bidi: embed direction: rtl -ms-text-autospace: mso-layout-grid-align: none mso-pagination: none" dir="rtl">مواد و روش ها: مطالعه حاضر به روش توصیفی-همبستگی بر روی 309 نفر از مراجعه کنندگان به 11 بیمارستان آموزشی و درمانی تحت پوشش دانشگاه علوم پزشکی تبریز انجام گرفت. جمع آوری داده ها از طریق سه پرسشنامه "دانش از رابطه پزشک بیمار" (Knowledge of Physician-Patient Relationship) ، "رضایت از رابطه پزشک-بیمار" (Satisfaction of Physician-Patient Relationship) و "رابطه پزشک-بیمار" (Physician-Patient Relationship) صورت گرفت. روایی محتوای پرسشنامه ها با نظر متخصصین و پایایی آن ها با محاسبه ضریب آلفای کرونباخ تایید شد. تحلیل داده ها به کمک نرم افزار SPSS نسخه 16 و با استفاده از ضریب همبستگی پیرسون، تی مستقل و آزمون واریانس انجام شد.<o:p /> یافته ها: میانگین نمره دو مولفه دانش و رضایت بیماران از رابطه پزشک-بیمار به ترتیب 09/2±5/10 و 58/6 ±08/34 بود. همچنین میانگین نمره مولفه رابطه پزشک-بیمار 04/6±86/35 بود. بین میزان رضایت از رابطه پزشک-بیمار و میزان رابطه پزشک-بیمار همبستگی معناداری مشاهده شد (01/0>P). از طرف دیگر، بین میزان دانش از رابطه پزشک-بیمار و میزان رابطه پزشک-بیمار همبستگی معناداری یافت نشد (05/0< P).<o:p /> نتیجه گیری: نتایج پژوهش حاضر حاکی از آن است که میزان دانش و رضایت بیماران مراجعه کننده به مراکز بیمارستانی شهر تبریز از رابطه پزشک-بیمار مطلوب است. پیشنهاد می شود که ارائه کنندگان خدمات از حقوق بیماران و عواقب احتمالی عدم رعایت آن و نیز نحوه پاسخگویی به این حقوق آگاهی کسب کنند. <o:p /> <o:p /> Introduction: Treatment of diseases is largely depended on the interaction between doctor and patient, and the result of cooperation with clinicians is rapid and successful treatment. Moreover, the relationship is one of the critical factors of the patients` satisfaction, especially next reference of patients. This study is aimed to determine the correlation between knowledge and satisfaction of patients from patient- physician relationship at the hospital affiliated to Tabriz University of Medical Sciences.<o:p /> Materials and Methods: This study has been done in descriptive-correlational method on 309 people who referred to 11 teaching hospitals and medical which covered by Tabriz University of Medical Sciences. Data was gathered through three questionnaires of "Knowledge of Physician-Patient Relationship", "Satisfaction of Physician-Patient Relationship" and "Physician-Patient Relationship". Validity of the questionnaires was approved by 3 experts and the reliability by calculating Cronbach's alpha (α=0.87, α=0.87, α=0.79). Data analysis was performed by SPSS/16 and using the Pearson correlation coefficient, t-test and ANOVA.<o:p /> Findings: The mean score of knowledge and satisfaction of patients from physician-patient relationship was respectively, 2.09 ± 10.5 and 6.58 ± 34.08. Also, the average scores of correlation between physician and patient were 6.04 ± 35.86, respectively. Significant correlation was observed between satisfaction levels of physician - patient relationship (P<0.01). On the other hand, there wasn`t a significant correlation between knowledge of physician- patient relationship and physician- patient relationship.<o:p /> Conclusion: The results of this study showed that patient’ knowledge and satisfaction of physician–patients` relationship in Tabriz hospitals were high. It is recommended that a system to be designed to assess the relationship between physician and patient correctly until it give important information. <o:p /> دانش، رضایت‌، رابطه پزشک-بیمار.
